How do I make one grocery list from several recipes?
Paste the ingredient list from each recipe into the box, separated by a blank line. The generator merges matching ingredients, adds up their amounts, and sorts everything by grocery store aisle.
Does it add up different units?
Yes, within the same kind of measure. Cups, tablespoons, and teaspoons combine, and so do pounds and ounces. Counts such as 2 onions are never added to weights or volumes, so you won't get a nonsense total.
Is my list saved anywhere?
